It gives me immeasurable pride and honor to welcome you to The Shishukunj Model United Nations Conference 2016, as this year's Secretary General. A model UN conference is opportunity for you to gain insight into the art of diplomacy, understand the value of collaboration and compromise, and build skills in public speaking, research, and debate. Above all, it challenges and inspires you to take the lessons learned at conference beyond the committee room, continuing to grapple with the complex issues in the world today and work towards change. The Shishukunj MUN seeks to bring together motivated and talented individuals from in and around central India to provide a forum for deliberation on problems that have baffled older, wiser, more experienced diplomats, even the greatest of the world leaders. The topics we are discussing are pertinent issues in today's world and we are excited to witness the unique and diverse solutions that our delegates will bring to the table. The Shishukunj MUN team is continuously searching for ways to make the conference better and more engaging for our delegates.

It's my pleasure to welcome you to the second edition of Shishukunj Model United Nations Conference.
This year, through this conference we strive to provide a platform for delegates from all over the country to showcase their debating, diplomatic and critical thinking skills and discuss pertinent issues in the contemporary world. Keeping in mind the conference's theme 'Evolving Perceptions of a Dynamic World', we bring to you eight committees, which are unprecedented and have unique agendas.
With a team of dedicated individuals, the secretariat and the executive board promises an exhilarating experience, both inside and outside the committee. We are sure that with the hard work that we have put in, this event would be unparalleled.
